Bought a high definition TV the was said to be tested. THEY LIED! Complete trash. AMBER refused to refund even after I returned it to PROVE to her that there was zero signs that it was CRACKED as she accused me of breaking it even after I treated it with kid gloves! Long time buyer, they disrespected me by accusing me lying! Will never do business with them again! I will buy my stuff from Costco that gives me a refund FOR ANY REASON unlike these frauds!They have the tv so what do I get? NOTHING!
Tip for consumers:
Extremely TERRIBLE customer service. Provided proof and they refused to accept or even acknowledge the truth after product was returned. Refuse to even return TAXES I paid even after physical returns it at my own cost of time and gas! Previously bought from them a STOLEN COMPUTER and had to AT MY OWN COST return it to the person it was stolen from. Net the were selling my Bose speakers that were counterfeits ( this is recently THIS MONTH) that they tried to sell me. I contacted Bose to inform
