Quite possibly the worst online experience with ANY company I've encountered.
I understand the need for extra security protocols. I went through the arduous process of verifying my phone number, e-mail, bank account and debit card all to sell a $13 gift card. The result? They approved, accepted the order and then the following day canceled the order for a fraud alert (am I going to scam them out of a $13 card?).
I must question how much longer they will be around or when they have a data breach. They phish for information and don't want to buy a card. It seems like they wanted my financial information more than the gift card.
Now I have to monitor my gift card and bank account on a daily basis as there are too many red flags with this company.

Hello,
We apologize, our security system has declined your order, and unfortunately we have no further information as to why the order can not be processed. As a gift card company, we need to take proper precautions before accepting the sale of gift cards, and we are unable to bypass our security system.
If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
Regards,
Arlene
