My complaint is with their automatic underhanded business practices. The service automatically renewed, and when I realized it, I called because I did not want to continue. They cited a small section in the small print stating there were no refunds. I thought this was bad business practice. Klinio offered me half of my payment. However, since I had contacted PayPal, they didn't give it to me. I think this is shady business on their part. I've never had a company categorically deny me a refund for a product I did not use.
