I have been a DD customer for over 10 years. I will say in the beginning, they were great! They used to run spring and winter specials and giveaway free merchandise with a purchase of three or more items! They even by accident sent me someone else's Bvlgari bag. They reached out to me, owned up to their error sent me the persons phone number and address and asked me if I could ship it to their other customer! Which i did and the person was so grateful! Their customer service, and communication when it comes to ordering and paying is spot on. However, after that, it's horrible God forbid you ever have a problem they don't care customer service after you pay is none existent! Their product has gone downhill over the last couple years. The quality control on merchandise is not as good as it's been. I have had issues with a couple of purses. One was an LV bucket bag that the snaps did not close properly and the bag always opened. The next was a Gucci Dyonysus that the lock fell off. The third and most recent was a Dior saddlebag after a few uses the hardware that holds the large metal CD together fell off. I've sent them numerous emails with pictures and regards to all of the above and asked for them to kindly send me the hardware so I can get it fixed myself! Their reply was they would send the repair hardware when I placed another order! That was not my response when they needed me to ship a bag that they sent me by their own error to someone else! This is proof of the failed customer service!
