After having car shield for more than three years and never having a claim paid. I was very disappointed to find out even though I had the diamond package that my rotor and Jersey breaks were not covered after spending $680 out of my pocket. It left me kind of disappointed.
Called anf seeing advertisement, I called and spoke with a rep who was very helpful very professional and I thought this may be the company that I wanted to to go with. However, after the last experience with the rotor and brakes, I’m looking around for other warranty companies.
