Seems like this platform has gone downhill since smugmug took over. They keep pushing everyone into getting pro or risk losing their account completely.
And then they are constantly advertising promotions to incentivize new pro upgrades, but never give any sort of discounts to existing members.
Customer support is absolutely useless too

website barely functions as intended. Feels like it's broken or getting 404 errors more often than not
