I placed a Valentine's Day order on Feb 4th and it never arrived. I purchased shipping insurance. Support is just saying that I provided the wrong address or that there is missing information and that's the reason it doesn't arrive but my address is 100% accurate. They told me it was my responsibility to talk to my local post office and gave me a fake number that is not even an American number. I didn't know this was a Chinese company and that the product was being shipped all the way from China. The tracking website is in Chinese. Save your money.
