Well shipping tracking is non existent. Placed order one week ago. I received an email stating shipped by DHL then will be handed over to USPS. Status still reads DHL is awaiting package. Called customer service; Jessica said DHL does not always scan. Previous orders came: I have an oversized floral top where the fabric is cheap and itchy. I also have patchwork bottoms which are cheaply made. I have a few nice items; too hit or miss.
Tip for consumers:
Unpredictable quality. Have a nice sweatshirt and nice beach chair. I kept scratchy floral top and cheap patchwork bottoms.
Poor shipping option. DHL shipper with USPS is unacceptable.
If I do not see within one week I will dispute charge.
Products used:
Waiting for tee shirt and shoelaces. Either not shipping out or DHL not picking up.
After days of asking why BHFO UPS second day air status showing just label created...finally acknowledged package is lost. Lots of messages, finally a refund is pending.
Tip for consumers:
Personally will not buy from them again. They have many successful transactions, mine was not one of them.

Lovely items albeit a tad too pricey. Standard shipping too expensive for FedEx Smartpost which is a horrible level of service. I spoke to a rep who was quite curt about spending more money for the upgraded shipping. I am done with Sundance.
