By doing a reverse image (plagiarism) search through Google image, I found that Cotosen used images of high quality clothing as used by farfetch.com, celebsleatherjacket.com, walmart.com, ouku.com, amazon.ca, farfetch.com, and yorkloves.com. Thne shirt I received was not at all like the quality of the image on their website.

I want a refund for my purchase of Men's Outdoor Vintage Colour Henley Collar XL Khaki Shirt, which was sent to my address in Australia and had the price as $29.99 plus delivery of $10.99 to be a total of $40.98, but when I looked at my bank records it showed I had paid $60.68. When I discovered this I found the price had quoted was in US dollars, even though they advertise in Australia and the faulty shirt was sent to an Australian address, and when I look in Orders on their website it still says $29.99 (no mention of the currency) even though their address is in Hong Kong and my bank payment records shows it was received in Kent County Great Britain. I discovered in my reverse image research using google images, that I could have bought the same shirt from aliexpress for $AU39.13 including delivery, and I am tempted to place this order to see if it is as described instead of the one I got from Cotosen.

The shirt is useless. There is a white mark about 4cm long on the front of the shirt, it looks like a trace of bleach, the button holes are not holes and it is impossible to button up the shirt, and the dye on the shirt is very blotchy.

Moreover I cancelled my order on 01/01/2023 the day after I had placed my order and two hours (14:39) before they sent me an email at 16:35 to say the shirt had been shipped. I did this after reading so many bad reviews of Cotosen.

I will continue to request reversal of my payment made to them, through the process called Transaction Dispute by my bank, and as a precaution I cancelled my debit card, please see the reviews below which describe them as a scamming company.

I got email replies from them, possibly because I send all email correspondence to my bank, an first Norman of service at cotosen.com offered me a voucher for $11 (unclear if this is $US or $AU), and when I asked for their address to send it back to them for a full refund, I got a reply from Arganda Jen, with an offer of a partial refund of $8. I got their address from Arganda Jen of Cotosen so I can return the shirt. It is Receiver: Liu Rongfeng
Address: Tuode Industrial Park, 1st Road, Jiaoli East District, Zhongtang Town,
City: Dongguan
State: Guangdong
Country: China
Zip Code: *******
Phone number: *******8707

And I wonder if their Hong Kong address is correct because when I look up the address on their website it is Unit 17,9/f., New Mandarin Plaza No 14 Science Museum Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon Hong Kong, but I can only find Import Genius as the occupants.

And when I dial *******176, which is the phone number on their website, I always get a recorded message saying "The number you have dialed cannot be reached at the moment. Please try again later."

And I found another 3 addresses for Cotosen as being in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong where they also trade as Topin Trading, and Room 1501, 181 Queens Road Central, Grand Millennium Plaza, Hong Kong, where they as Fashionicon Trading Ltd (is it a con in fashion?) and another in Santa Fe California ******* (as recorded by bbb.org see below)

When I did a search of Cotosen reviews I found an extraordinary range of negative reviews which reported them as a scamming organisation from:-

1. au.trustpilot.com
2. productreview.com.au
3. sitejabber.com
4. 99consumer.com
5. scam-detector.com
6. de-reviews.com
7. bbb.org [https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/sant-fe-springs/profile/online-retailer/cotosen-*******982/details#all-alerts]
8. reddit.com
9. Watchlist Internet (based in Austria) [https://www.watchlist-internet.at/]
10. scamadviser.com
11. quora.com
12. YouTube Cotosen scam

And 17track.net, the tracking platform they use, also has a terrible reputation, as being used by scamming companies.

Kind regards,

Garry

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase anything from this website. They sell rubbish.

I sent the shirt back for a full refund.

Comeshirt almost certainly purposefully created a false delivery tracking number (with wrong address) for our luggage that we bought on 8 October 2022. They used 17Track.net to provide us with tracking information and our "Archer Large Suitcase Hardside Luggage Style: Purple" Price: $59.90 was tracked as having been successfully delivered on 28 October 2022 to an address in Queensland (postcode 4160) not in NSW where we live, and in the delivery information it was described as having a weight of 0.02kg, which is absurdly light for a suitcase. We have submitted a Transaction Dispute with NAB to recover our $59.90 from Comeshirt and it is still being processed. 17Track.net also appears to be the go to tracking company for companies who are out to scam its customers. I have now read many reviews about comeshirt.com where the same thing has happened.

I had 17 email communications with David of phonenumbers.net.au and in almost of them I showed scepticism towards his service, especially after reading a bad review. However I got the number I really wanted through Lebara, who David dealt through to get my phone number. And I now have the use of my old iPhone again with an easy to remember number. I gave David a really hard time, but he continued to respond to my concerns, and went beyond the call of duty to look after me. My phone number is as good as 04 06 06 6784 and I bought it for $85 as a Bronze level phone number. I couldn't be happier.

Tip for consumers:
Select a good easy to remember number.

New easy to remember mobile phone number.

Thanks Garry for your detailed review. It was a pleasure dealing with you.
I don't use Sitejabber often and concentrate my efforts on Google Review (lots of 5 Star Ratings), eBay (! 00% Positive, over 550 feedback) and Gumtree (Highly Rated). Seek out those reviews from my thousands of happy customers.
