Recently orderd an iron bed from Carolina Rustica that was $700 cheaper than what I was quoted in the local home furnishing stores in Santa Fe. When I got it, it looked like it had a manufacturer's defect. I calledd Carolina Rustica customer service on Saturday and they requested I send pictures of the defect, which I did, and first thing Monday morning they called me back, said they had talked to the manufacturer and were having touch up paint sent directly to me, along with a $100 rebate for my inconvenience. Have never had customer service like this before! Would order from them again in a heartbeat!

I was searching for a Coleman Camping Coffeemaker and this site had a much lower price than everyone else. Started placing my order and when I began the checkout procedure, the first thing it asked for was shipping zipcode and phone number... reasonable requests for shipping. However, then it sent me back to the shopping cart and only then did it tell me that the item was unavailable. I think I've just been scammed into giving them my phone number. All seems a bit suspicious, so I would advise staying away.
