Recently orderd an iron bed from Carolina Rustica that was $700 cheaper than what I was quoted in the local home furnishing stores in Santa Fe. When I got it, it looked like it had a manufacturer's defect. I calledd Carolina Rustica customer service on Saturday and they requested I send pictures of the defect, which I did, and first thing Monday morning they called me back, said they had talked to the manufacturer and were having touch up paint sent directly to me, along with a $100 rebate for my inconvenience. Have never had customer service like this before! Would order from them again in a heartbeat!
