I have been using Instacart for a few months now and can not recall any time that I was really pleased with their service. I had one time when the shopper canceled the order because of car problems not letting me know it was until the text came saying it had been done. Another time an item was included in my order that was not mine. Most of all the shoppers replaces items not letting me know about it until its done and today I had one that replaced an item and did not go to bakery to pick up the product waiting there because I had called to bakery to set aside the items. All the shopper had to do is ask them because also I gave shopper instructions that were not followed then as if that was not enough I told shopper cancel order 3 times and got back do you mean the entire order. I can only say Instacart does what Instacart wants and forget the needs and wants of the customer. Thank God there are other services that do a better job A star for this company is one to many
