I was unhappy to receive a call from your company after you had already processed my payment, asking me if I was okay with the items being shipped from abroad. This was not clearly indicated on your website and I do not consent to this deal. I ask that you cancel my order and issue me a full refund as soon as possible. If you fail to do so, I will report your company to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities for deceiving customers.

They royally screwed-up my prescription. Instead of making the sphere OD +0.50 and OS 0.00, they made the sphere OD +1.75 and OS +1.25. I can see better without the glasses. They won't even refund me or start a new prescription and expedite it until they receive these back. And even then, they want me to pay for the faster service.
