I am now sending a third email since I haven't been responded to yet. I ordered sneakers 12/18. I reviewed an email that it shipped 12/20. The item tracking never changed from label printed waiting for courier pickup. I sent two emails with no response. I called and after a half an hour on hold I spoke to someone who I could barely hear because it sounded like she was at her house and there was a TV on. She said I would be refunded. Then I get an email saying your refund is in the way. I spent 41.08 but the refund is only for 10$?!
