This was my first worse experience through a website.
I wanted to deliver a cake and gift item to my little 7 year old nephew. The cost for combo was 1350/- and they charged me 250/- extra as midnight charges(I agreed as it was clearly mentioned over the website). I confirmed the same thing(midnight delivery) over the phone before placing the order and they agreed that they will deliver it on time but didn't do that. On the next day when I called them they said this is outer place and you have to pay 150/- extra for the delivery and they will not refund the money but they will add it in myflowergift.com account, I had left with no option so paid the remaining 150/- so total 1750/- for a combo. But they delivered the cake late in the evening after many calls and mails, which was expected to be delivered one day before. Don't know why they change their number mentioned over the website again and again.
You can imagine yourself the feeling of that little boy.
I would like to say that they don't have any rights to play with the feelings of others, either they should improve their services or shut down such websites.
