The person I spoke with I hope I get his name correct was Tom. He made sure I was taken care of and his patience with me he gets a 10 for that alone. The call dropped and he actually called me back. That has never happened and even the people who you expect to call you back. Have never returned the call. All around he was an amazing customer service agent. I wish everyone I have to call was like him. Thanks again
