I thought 20lbs. In 21 days was a stretch but I made 14lbs with a couple slip ups. Brian was kind enough to answer questions along the way and I didn't start my workouts soon enough and joined Gold's anyway half way through. I will take a short break now and then use this same diet to lose the next 10-15. I knew how to lose weight already but not this fast and still get to eat. This time I'll buy the correct fish oil (smaller caplets) and add the protein powder.
