Run from this hotel! No customer service he will NOT work with the customer. Had to cancel a hotel stay there because of tropical storm Alex because roads where flooded out. It was booked thur Priceline and h otel will NOT approve refund Hilton is all about the $$$$ then then customer! NOT even a CREDIT could be offered! Alot of hotels in key west you can stay! ALL the activities that weekend were canceled, boat rides,, gulf cart rentals, tours, snorkeling ever company gave a FULL REFUND! Guess Hilton does NOT care about customer safety!

I should have been looking at these reviews before now, i understand now why your score is that. I refund should be giving if you can not get to the hotel because of tropical storm Alex and the roads are flooding out in Key West! Cuistomer service is terrible next step will be the BBB, and it seems like you do NOT have a good rating there!
