Good overall with the rental agency, your site was not updated. You're asking full price based on the normal season yet couldn't account for the fact that no one was allowed here/airports were closed. Even to call I was told "the prices are already discounted". So in the midst of covid and tough times you steadily increase your rates while the local companies are desperate for business. I certainly chose lower models each time. Also you have 0 loyalty program, nothing for returning customers which is sad.
