Ordered some items in the boxing day sale but when i received the goods I was charged the full price, emailed La Redoute twice and same reply was told I must have missed the promotion which I did not and the sale is still on. If they had checked the date of the order they would have seen it was on when I ordered but maybe that is too much work for the admin staff as replies seem to be automated. I have returned the goods and will not be ordering anything again from them even though I have been a customer for the last 4 years.
Tip for consumers:
check your invoices, prices could be higher than the price it was when you ordered.
