Ordered from you over a month ago, order #T*******. Later e-mail said it shipped. This is now 12/23. I called and someone said it is in Pontiac, MI awaiting delivery. Supposed to go to Johnson #398,5600 Drake Road, West Bloomfield, MI *******. Meanwhile we have another order supposed to come in January.
How can you be so sloppy with orders. We like your products but doubt if we will order again... unless we do get our orders. Johnsons
