I quite by accident double booked because it was not clear from the site that I had completed the reservation. When I called to make sure that I had not double booked, I was told that I could only receive 65% of the cost of the reservation if I canceled the mistake I had made. Such a scam. I am not at all happy with this.
The mistake was mine and I acknowledge that, but was an honest mistake. The next day a representative notified me and very kindly resolved the problem. I would recommend this business.
