I've turned up, the place is understaffed, kaos, unorganised. Was not able to order a drink and pay for it. That was too much to ask for. I'm not impressed. Let see what the rest of the lunch is like. Btw it's mothers Day, and I just want to shout my mum a cocktail. It's very disappointing so far. JUST SPOKE TO OWNER SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. DONT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. How can you run a business with this attitude. YOU CANT ORDER A COCKTAIL, GET YOUR OWN WATER. SERIOUSLY?
To top it off, this angree big muscly tattoo guy approached me in a very intimidating way, and in front of my mother and two children stood over me, thanked me for the review, in a very agresive way called me a malaka that is a very disrespectfull rude Greek word and told me he doesnt want me in his shop. For a second, i thought he was an angree bouncer. Well, it was the owner. I actually felt scared with his actions. Standover tactics and bullying are not good business practices and are unexceptable.My friend, Mr. Owner, i honestly hope you dont carry on like that in front of your mother and nieces it really is disturbing behaviour
Mr. Owner, you could have pulled me aside. In front of my mother, that's discusting and disrespectful. It was the worst experience I've ever encountered in my life. Good luck with the future. I definitely will never attend again.
All I wanted was to purchase a cocktail for my mother and pay for it, and your restaurant was not capable, it wasn't that busy Make an effort and read the reviews on the other platforms about your business and seriously serve your tables water, thats the least you can do for the price you charge and the quality you serve.

Do yourself a favour and don't purchase from this store. Department of fair trading are reviewing dshop at the moment. My experience was a nightmare with bad service, terrible quality, false advertising and very bad return policy.
