I have just changed seats on UA international flights, assisted by a superb Expedia customer service agent name Efrel, in Manilla, Philippines. I am an internet-challenged senior. Efrel was patient while navigating me through the UA site, until the purchases were complete. I am grateful for her support, and that of her supervisor, Mr. Max.

I get Lumosity alerts reminding me to train daily. Problem: the webpage cannot be open. Worse: they don't respond to e-mails. I tried to cancel the subscription by logging into my Lumosity account again but the webpage did not respond and eventually timed out in less than three minutes. It looks like the only way to stop the account may be to cancel my credit card. If a business is so callous as taking customers for granted, it should not be subscribed to.
