I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (started when they were Centurytel). I needed a new line for my business and I just wanted to add it to my current package. The business sales person sold me a whole new line and account without my knowledge, even though I already had a business account, including internet. Now I am trying to untangle and I have wasted 4 hours of valuable time. Hanging up on me after I have been on hold before I can even talk is bad customer service. Poor form.
