As a woodworking hobbyist I would just like to say that the customer service at Woodcraft is just atrocious. I've been ordering from Woodcraft for over five years and had good and some bad experiences, and now a really bad experience for a project developed for dimensional lumber sourced from Woodcraft that all needed to be the same species. Woodcraft processed my order charging the entire order amount even though one for the items wa shown to be on back order which was initially acceptable to me. But after two delays I've cancelled the order and only will receive a refund for those items that they never shipped to me. That's right, Woodcraft will refund to me my money they took for items they never shipped but won't refund money for an item that they didn't ship to me. The customer service agent I spoke with claims their site says that they will process charges for an order regardless of whether or not they can ship what was ordered. Well my bad on that one of its truly published on the site. But its just going to be the last bad experience I've gotten from Woodcraft. I won't make the same mistake again in not being able to get my money back from Woodcraft.
