So I place an order for Christmas/Thanksgiving. I get an email saying confirmed and 2 days later I get an email that I have been given a credit on my order. Through countless phone calls to a service that kept cutting me off and dropping the phone, I finally get c/s who is having a hard time figuring out why it was returned and credited without my notice. I have now spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out and I WISH I would have just driven to the store cause I would not have been aggravated and it would have taken less time.
Come to find out that it was damaged before delivery so the package was shipped back and returned WITHOUT my knowledge. Now the c/s doesnt know how to get my order re-shipped to me. They are trying to tell me I need to go back and re-order everything i order then call them back in order to get the special price on the soap which is why I originally purchased it again------oh and now I am being told I can re-order the entire purchase by giving her all the information again Oh great now my call has been dropped and now I have to call back ----It seems Bath and Body works is still working from home because the phones either drop or echo back I am on my 5th call to them now Maybe they need to get back to work in an office and they might have a more efficient phone system
This has been the worst online order I have experienced I will NEVER EVER order from Bath and Body Works again They offered nothing for the hassle and also then when i had to re-order 3 of my items were now sold out.
AHHHH! Should of just went into the store
