I found the company very good when I made the order. They gave me the information I needed. However, when I contacted Royce Morgan (RM) after being sent the wrong waste kit, that I needed to seek a refund from Bathquest, in the first instance, before RM pays them. When I got no response from my phone message, I then contacted them via customer service and heard nothing back. So, not a good company when it comes to returns.

We have contacted Royce Morgan who confirmed they spoke to you on 28/8/22 and that the waste ordered and supplied is definitely correct. We can find no record of your phone message left with staff and we don't have an answer phone. Requests for returns must be made by email to sales@bathquest and made with 30 days of delivery.
