I ordered my wife a dress that was $72 and a beautiful hair clip that was $12 for our wedding gift and did this on a friends phone so it would be a surprise. When ordering I did not realize that the iPhone auto populated an old address that my order was shipped and delivered to. I went by the address which is an hour away from me to find out that the lady said she returned the package. I called customer service who told me they could see it was ordered on and iPhone so the address was probably auto populated and there was nothing they could do. This was my second order and will be my last. I was not asking for a refund just want what I ordered as a gift for my wife. My wife has ordered over $2,000 worth of items over the past two years and she said she has had a piece of clothing not fit or something messed up on the item and was told to keep it as well as refunded her money but I can't get the dress and hair clip replaced and shipped to the correct address. I will be letting everyone I can know about my experience. My wife and I will not be ordering from Natural Life again unless this is made right. Thanks for reading and be careful when you order!
