Horrible website and 'customer service'. If there is a problem they do not want to know and you'll be chasing your refund for weeks and weeks. I used to be a customer for past 10 years but never ever again.

Terrible customer service. Opened new site for UK with no notice by email. Half of their items are not stocked on this site. Really complacent rude customer service. Very unhelpful. Will try elsewhere in future. What a shame.
