I reordered a wig from House of Beauty World in January of 2020. The texture was not the same as the previous one, so I returned it for an in house credit. I've reached out to them via phone, email and Facebook to no resolution. Each time I was told to be patient, someone would get back with me. I am STILL WAITING.
I even ordered another wig and contacted them about my in house credit. Instead of a credit, they billed my credit card. At this point, I want a REFUND.
I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
