Horrible customer service. Dishonest and giving vague information. Sent us a D&G trainers which are defected. And to return we have to pay for the shipping Nd the reuturn fees plus the customs and duties. When its their fault that we have to pay for. And to make it worse they think that the product is sellable so when we return it they gonna send to another client! How dishonest is this! When they agreed that it has big scratch on it but still selling it!
I attached screenshot of them apologizing for sending a defected items and offering replacing. But i dont trust their quality anymore. So they argue later that this defect doesn't stop it from being sold.
Tip for consumers:
Better not to use it cause they send defected products and if you want to return they will deduct the original shipping fees, the return fees and the customs and duties. So they rib you off
