I booked 1 room for 2 night at The Base Central Pattaya Thailand from 09 September to 11 I received my booking confirmation email
Paid to Agoda but when arriving at the property no 1 know about my booking and not keys available no phone was available to contact the property only the email address
I send email notifications but no one replay
I send email notifications to Agoda but no one replay at the end I have to find a different accommodation and pay again
I want my money back
At the moment no one contacted me
Hope Agoda fix this issue and repaid my money back
