They hacked me out off all my money I spent towards game then permanently disabled my account I am doing to bring awareness on this app to customers who enjoys their account and put time into it be careful they agents say there's nothing they can do so they can't find out why this is happening to people accounts and the owner of the account has to pay for it letting customers know so this doesn't keep happening to others who fall victim to the hacks

That the do nothing about the hackers and the punish the customer for it
You can't even enjoy this game I've been hacked then reported for my identity then my rooms weren't working after paying a lot of credits for it agents couldn't figure out nor fix the issue and now my account is down for false payments never again will I install this app I believe it's the company of imvu hacking accounts and taking peoples money smh
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything with your card information they will remove your account when ever they please and there is no way to get it back waste of time playing on IMVU all your hard work GONE I WARN YOU
