Liberty Home Guard is a scam. First you pay monthly, or in my case, in full. Then they charge $75 for every item on your claim. Next a tech goes to diagnose the issue. Once issue is addressed, tech informs LHG. Liberty gets necessary part but holds it hostage until you pay LHG for the cost of labor to fix your appliance. LHG states they'll cover the cost of the replacement part but they will NOT cover the cost of labor which in my case was over $300. Now if the tech misdiagnosed the issue, and it turns out it's something different. The client once again has to pay LHG for another cost of labor for the tech to go back out to your house. AVOID LIBERTY HOME GUARD!

The initial call with the representative, none of this is addressed.
Products used:
Nothing. I spent $725 on policy and $150 service fees to hear that it would cost another $600 to possibly fix my two appliances. If not I would have to spend another $600 to try again.
