Ordered large ladies and they sent medium.
Ordered a pair of toddler boots and the pair that arrived were adult sizing. Almost the same size as the medium pair.
Refusing to allow return as an international order and also stated the medium pair was clearance. Fair enough for the clearance pair had they sent the correct size but they didn't.
DO NOT BUY FROM HAPPY FEET UNLESS YUO YOU ARE HAPPY TO GET WHATEVER
SIZE THEY DECIDE TO SEND. The slipper with sole up is the toddler one! What a joke and the other one is a medium not a large.

That they take no responsibility for staff not choosing the correct items from the warehouse

None as all wrong sizes sent and they refused to refund when it was clearly their error
