I noticed a difference after I started reading Laura Doyle's book and practicing the intimacy skills. I think just understanding what respecting my husband looks like was huge thing for me. When I stepped it up and began receiving coaching that is when I noticed a huge difference in my marriage. The funny thing is it didn't just apply to my marriage.
