I ordered 10 Christmas ornaments for family in memory of my parents who have passed. I mistakenly ordered 3 of the ornaments (duplicates) in a larger size. I sent 5-6 emails to see if customer service would work with me to reorder the ornaments at a discount or without shipping charges. There were significant delays in response and then finally received a response that they would not extend any courtesy discount despite their posted policy of replacing any item if customer is not fully satisfied. I reordered the replacement ornaments at full price and I am a dissatisfied customer!
