“They promise a rebate but never send it.”

I placed an order and was promised a refund in 60 to 90 days. I have contacted them several time and now had to report the rebate lost. Basically I'm not getting a rebate.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible company doesn’t follow through with rebates promised at time of purchase.
