There were errors in our payroll several times. Learned not to give them anything the least complicated, such as year-end truing-up to maximize allowable contributions to a 401(k). This was only one type of error which had employees upset, scared, & was time consuming. Decided to not use their 401(k) service. After all they are a payroll company first.
