“Great chat customer service”

I love the siteground chat customer service. I have sometime difficulties to manage technical issues alone but I need not to fear. With kindness and patience the assistent Nayden explained to me step after step how to solve and in 30 min. The two main issues I had in these days were history. Thanks thanks again!

Tip for consumers:
The chat customer service is great and today, saturday, there was no waiting time a luxury for any worker.

“Quick and kind customer service”

My problem (transfering posts, categories and links) from my blog page build on Weebly to my new blog page build inside a Wordpress site has only a manual solution but Emanuele was fast, precise and kind making me anyway spare a lot of time. Thanks!
