Ordered an Oakland Athletics jersey for a Christmas gift. The recipient discovered a hole in the back of the jersey. After contacting Customer Service, they offered me 40% off to keep the damaged jersey. I had to write several emails and eventually they agreed to give me a full refund. However, I have to bear the costs of returning their damaged product. Return policy is not clear. You have to fight to get full refund even though the product sent was defective.
