They over charge on transport $600 for 1.3 hr drive to delivery location the give you 1 hour notice of delivery that was at 4.45 am in the morning and delivered the tiles at 6 am with no one on building site so they just dropped them on the driveway spoke to the transport dispatcher asked her to return and move the tiles into the prepared secure location and she declined with the comment read the terms and conditions. There was no communication between client and Tile Mega Mart to arrange a delivery time, their attitude to not fix the problem was pathetic.
I have spoken to other builders/tilers and they have has similar experiences, wrong glue turning up or delivery's not even showing up when arranged also broken tiles and they will not replace under warranty.

Would not use the guys ever again just very average company
