I am having joint, muscle and stomach pain issues. My doctor literally asked me "what is it you want me to do for you?" At that point I began more research on the internet. I read Dr Gundry's articles, including leaky gut/auto immune issues and the value of vitamin D concerning plaque build up which I may even had as a cause of my leg muscle pain for over 3 years. I can honestly report that my stomach burning, bloating, constipation and overall joint and muscle pain has begun to lessen. I have always eaten a good diet but his diet suggestions are great also. I also take my vitamin D. It may be coincidence but I don't think so. I will continue to take my Bio Complete 3 and hope for continued positive progress.
