Things went well until they didn't - after years of no issues, Segpay cancelled my subscription account with no warning after my credit card expired. Would've happily updated the CC details to resolve the issue if given the opportunity, but instead they cancelled it right away. No warning, no grace period, no appeal - the only email I received was the cancellation confirmation. Cards expire all the time and every other account manager seems to be able to handle that transition without issue... not Segpay.
