For many years I had battled with low confidence and finally decided to talk with a therapist through Video Calls. It is the closest option to face-to-face sessions. If you are ok with normal calls, that is okay too. I am totally satisfied from my counselor who was connected to me by Mentalconsult, I am mentally and physically healthy now.
