The products are cheap but it takes quite a lot of time for the purchased products to reach. As they mostly use USPS for ground handling at USA, there is absolutely no certainty when the products will be delivered.
A case in point is order # xxxxxxxxx*******. This product is moving with USPS since 14.07.23 and is yet to be delivered. Tracking on the USPS website shows that it is in transit and likely to be delivered on 19.07.23 (which was not). Moreover, the tracking has not been updated since 18.07.23. There is no communication from Aliexpress on this. God only knows when my order will be delivered.
These are the reasons why I have stopped purchasing any product from Ali Express. Their customer service is equally non-responsive.

Purchased Eucerin Anti-pigment night cream 'on-line' from Cosmetis on 13th June 2023. The company initially forwarded a tracking number on 29th June 2023, which turned out to be wrong. After repeated reminders the company forwarded another tracking number admitting mistake. When the package arrived, I was surprised to receive a wrong product from them. This was pointed out to them on 4th July 2023. The Customer Service replied that they are investigating but has not taken any action till date to send me the correct product. I am not sure whether they will at all send me the product or refund the amount. Avoid this company at all cost. It is a fraudulent company.

My package having the correct address was misplaced and mis-delivered by UPS. Their delivery information says that my package was delivered.However, after checking the tracking details carefully, I found that their 'shipment progress' shows that the package has been delivered at another town. UPS Customer Service has been silent on what actually happened.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience at the Fragrance Shop. Despite being aware of the negative reviews, I mustered up the courage to purchase a perfume from their website. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly until I received a notification from their Customer Service team. It turns out that my order, which was supposed to be delivered by USPS, has been diverted to another address due to forwarding instructions or an incorrect address/zip code.

What frustrates me even more is that the invoice clearly displayed the correct address and zip code, so there should have been no issues with the delivery. The package was scheduled to arrive on June 22nd, but I have yet to receive it. To make matters worse, despite sending two emails seeking assistance, I have not received any response from the Fragrance Shop's Customer Service.

This entire situation has left me feeling extremely let down and dissatisfied. I had high hopes for this purchase, despite the negative reviews, and I expected better customer service from the Fragrance Shop. I hope that my concerns are addressed promptly and that appropriate measures are taken to rectify this situation.
