Worse customer service agents I believe I had to deal with in years, Received the incorrect doll, return to them with the label they provided. After 4 weeks and no response I was informed they had the return and will refund the money so I could reorder. 2 weeks later I received a letter stating my original order was not deliverable please correct address on file. (not True, return per their label, they provided). I have spoken to agents and a supervisor, and again with little or no help, maybe we will get the doll. Their excuses is the virus, my response, is close until you are capable of doing business.
