I ordered a dress with this company on 6/25 they stated they needed an additional 4 days. Fine. But here we are 7/5 and still nothing, so I sent an email email to request an update or a refund to my card. They cancelled my order with no explanation but gave me store credit. I'M NOT INTERESTED! They can't evn fulfill the orders as they come and they thing I want my money to be applied as a credit? Absolutely not! I've spent soooo much money with this company and lately they've just been unprofessional to deal with.
