I was an unfortunate victim of this companies dodgy dealings. In August 2020, they said they would customise to my specification and took payment. After many requests to send the racks, it took 3 months before only some of the racks ever arrived and only half of those that arrived were broken. The product was cheap and badly cut down ("customised"), not matching what I requested. They never answer the phone and take weeks to respond on email if they do. I had to pose as a buyer on a different email to get them to talk to me. Eventually after 4 months of promises by them to send the racks and nothing happening, I opened a case with PayPal and that got some attention from this Dane person who kept trying to get me to close the case. Paypal also told me to open a case with the authorities so I did with Qld and NSW fair trading commissions. Eventually with PayPal and fair trading involved, this Dane person gave up trying to get me to close the case and PayPal refunded my money in March 2021. Beware of this company, it may be a scam. Call their number and see if you can talk to anyone. Be warned the racks if you can get them are not great and can be bought from many other places. Steer clear of Winestash!
