I bought a PAX from them recently and it turned out to be a COUNTERFEIT product. They won't answer their phone (they don't even have a way to leave a message) or respond to my emails now. PLOOM confirmed they are NOT authorized and now I am out $200 and a piece of crap for a vaporizer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I ordered a vape pen from them a week ago and I was skeptical because their prices were so low. There were no reviews on here yet but I took a chance since the amount of money wasn't a lot. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when my pen arrived two days later and was exactly what I wanted.
